Individual and Organisational Change Management

Today, change is constant; and we need to remember the impact this has on people.

Change Management is a practice that takes an adaptive approach of supporting and transitioning people to sustainable new ways.

Why? Real value is when people fully accept and adopt the change, and this requires proactive management; and the ability to harness individual and organisational alignment.

The Process of Transition, by John Fisher, outlines the stages people go through when faced with a personal transition. And let’s face it, every change is personal. The time it takes to move through each stage, and the degree of denial, disillusionment and hostility, is directly related to how well the individual and organisation manages pivotal points along the way.

As a Change Coach and Consultant I will play a key role in collaborating with leaders, employees, contractors and third party vendors to clearly define and set purpose and values-based intentions and outcomes, assess change impacts and ensure a strategic and coordinated approach to support the transition of individuals, teams and the organisation from a current state to a desired future state.
