As a Change Coach and Consultant I will play a key role in collaborating with leaders, employees, contractors and third party vendors to clearly define and set purpose and values-based intentions and outcomes, assess change impacts and ensure a strategic and coordinated approach to support the transition of individuals, teams and the organisation from a current state to a desired future state.
