- Intention: confirming purpose and value-based intentions, desired outcomes and level of commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future.
- Insight and Intuition: engaging, listening, observing and co-ordinating change impacts; cause and effect based on relationships and behaviours within the context.
- Identification: defining requirements, both individual and/or organisational, to determine the appropriate frameworks, models, tools and techniques to apply.
